Service Description
Our goal is to provide a fun and joyful environment for your special occasion, however; our obligation is to provide a comfortable, loving and respectful environment for our cats in foster care and our other guests. Please keep the following requirements in mind when considering us for your event:
* PARTIES OF 7 OR MORE ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION. THIS ENSURES OUR OTHER PAYING GUESTS ARE NOT OVERTAKEN BY YOUR EVENT.
* PRICING VARIES DEPENDING ON WHICH PACKAGE YOU WOULD LIKE - THESE RANGE FROM $300-$385 (Plus tax) FOR A ONE HOUR PARTY
* CAT THEME BIRTHDAY DECOR, SELFIE ROOM/PHOTO BOOTH, AND CUPCAKE ADD-ON OPTIONS AVAILABLE
* A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
* MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PARTY GUEST IS 6 YEARS OLD
* INCLUDES UP TO 15 TOTAL GUESTS FOR YOUR PARTY (Including adults)
* ONE (1) ADULT IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY TWO (2) MINORS (10 minors + 5 adults = Maximum Capacity)
Now - some rules to follow:
* NO YELLING OR SCREAMING IS ALLOWED. QUIET INSIDE VOICES PLEASE.
* NO RUNNING OR CHASING CATS OR OTHER GUESTS
* NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OF CATS
* NO LOUD MUSIC
* BE KIND AND GENTLE. DON’T PULL A CAT’S TAIL, EARS, WHISKERS, etc.
* DON’T FEED CATS PEOPLE FOOD.
*****Parents are responsible to ensure children comply with all rules.*****
ANY individuals who are unable to comply with the rules will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

Deposits are non-refundable
Remaining balances on party fees are due no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your party
In the event of bad weather where it is unsafe to travel, parties can be rescheduled to the next available date with no less than 24 hour notice, must email in writing to contactus@thechattycatcafe.com to reschedule
