Cat lounge

We book out quickly and cannot guarantee we’ll have space for walk-in visits. Admission fees are the same for reservations and walk-ins, so we strongly recommend reserving your spot in advance to guarantee entry. At this time, all walk-in guests must complete their registration and payment on our website using their own device

Child Policy: Children must be at least 6 years of age to visit the cat cafe. Children ages 6-14 must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that you please have 1 adult per every 3 children. If you know your children require more supervision, please plan the number of adults accordingly. We are more than willing to teach all children proper behavior around cats in order to decrease the likelihood of injury. No running & yelling is one of our most important rules in the cat lounge as cats enjoy a calm environment. Each child will have 2 warnings. After the second time, unfortunately due to the safety reasons and other customer's experience, we will have to end your session. We cannot provide refunds for tickets purchased for children under the age of 6 due to not reading our policy.
 

CHANGES/CANCEL TO YOUR EXPERIENCE: You can change/cancel your Experience date/time by clicking on "Modify Reservation" in your confirmation email up to 24 hours in advance of your admission start time. We do not provide refunds if there is a no show without cancellation. If you booked for multiple people, you will have to cancel/reschedule them one by one. If you miss your original scheduled reservation we cannot apply those funds to another reservation.
 

*Tickets are per person, please make sure to update number of people if you are booking for others. If the session is full, we will not be able to add people onsite as walk-ins.

  • Where are you located?
    The Chatty Cat Cafe is located inside the Colony Square Mall in Zanesville Ohio. We are just around the corner from the food court, across from Bath and Body Works. Closest options for parking would be either at the food court entrance near Cinemark, Or the front of the mall near the TJ Maxx entrance.
  • What are your hours?
    Our hours for the cat lounge are slightly different than the hours for the cafe side. Cat Lounge Hours: Monday & Tuesday: Closed Wednesday - Saturday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm *We are closed from 2-3 each day for cat naps* Cafe/Coffee Hours: Monday & Tuesday: Closed Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Friday & Saturday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Sunday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Is there a menu I can look at online?
    Absolutely! Our menu includes coffee, tea, and boba We also have a kids menu and delicious snacks Every drink helps cats and kittens find forever homes (Ask us about our rewards program!) Click below to view our menu
  • Are kids allowed in the cat lounge?
    We appreciate your interest in visiting our cat lounge! While we adore all our feline friends and young guests, for the safety and happiness of both our guests and resident cats, we kindly request that children under the age of 6 do not enter the lounge area. We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family to our other cafe areas! We cannot issue refunds for reservations due to not reading the child policy.
  • Can I bring my cat?
    Unfortunately, No. This is the question (or statement) we hear the most. Usually it's a statement such as "I cant wait to come and bring my little Fluffy!". The Chatty Cat Cafe serves as a temporary home for cats and kittens who are waiting to be adopted. We make sure to only have the number of cats that can roam comfortably and stress-free in the space we have, we ensure all cafe cats are up-to date on vaccinations, and have been eased into the cat cafe environment. We cannot accommodate new, unfamiliar cats coming in and out of the cafe. This is for the protection (and sanity) of your cat(s) and the cafe cats.
